Learning From My Gambling Failures

I have been gaming on the internet or at brick and mortar gambling dens for a good many years. I have learned, the habit can acquire a hold of you and you won’t even notice it till you are broke. Markedly if you are on a winning streak. I have gone through many thousands of dollars in a very short period of time and still on occasion, I will go a bit too long. It appears you are only having a blast till you make a choice to track your loss and the guilt settles in, and then you continue advising yourself "I can likely gain the mulla back" ad infinitum. It does not work. Then you feel queasy in your abdomen and the more you attempt the faster you spend.

When you find that you are ahead, Remain on the UP! When you begin to throw away, do not convince yourself, "well only one more" a number of times, believe me, this scheme RARELY ever operates. Say you are gambling on one armed bandits, keep an amount set aside prior to beginning your wagering. DO NOT exceed this threshold, no matter how appealing. If you happen to win, put that in a different cup. Do not bet your earnings regardless of what happens. After you have gambled through your beginning determine limit, stop. Back off, regardless if it’s on the internet or at a brick and mortar gambling hall, don’t stay at the tables or machines. Make sure to keep in mind, there no doubt will be another day, other times. Clearly, this plan can work for any casino game that you enjoy, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, chemin de fer or any other casino game.

Remember, gaming is supposed to be enjoyable not demanding, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If you cannot pay for the losses, don’t even begin.
